Recalibrating

The system will automatically calibrate itself for the available well plates, however it is possible to recalibrate the positions if you are not satisfied with them.

To do this, simply click the recalibrate button:

You will then be presented with the recalibration dialog where you will be asked to manually navigate to the centre of the calibration well (Normally A1, but B2 if using a 96 or more well plate).

Once you have navigated to the centre of this well using the software or hardware joystick (you can also enable live mode to help you locate the centre) simply click the calibrate button to perform calibration.

As the physical dimensions of the well plates are already known, the centre positions of all the other wells will then be automatically calculated based on the position you have defined for the calibration well.

Note: Clicking the cancel button will restore the previous calibration information.
