Please Wait

Confocal Instrument initialising, please wait - The devices are currently powering up and connecting;  please wait a few minutes for the BC43 instrument to connect. 

If connection is not possible; a secondary error code shall appear - DE0001

DE0001

Device Disconnected

If you have a disconnected device in your active device list this error will be displayed.  It will tell you which device is disconnected.  Typically it will be all three - Camera, Laser engine and Confocal Instrument.

Ensure the USB has been inserted into the correct card on the machine and the device is switched on. Also ensure you have only one instance of Fusion Benchtop running. 

PZD001

Z Device connection problem

 Typically appears when the BC43 is disconnected alongside DE0001 

FDS001

Unable to Run Protocol

Please ensure the root folder is pointing to the correct drive to be written too; or enough space has been created to run current protocol. 

IP001

Unable To Stitch

Please ensure the root folder is pointing to the correct drive to be written too; or enough space has been created to run stitching

IP002

Unable to Deconvolve

Please ensure the root folder is pointing to the correct drive to be written too; or enough space has been created to run deconvolution 

FD002

Failed to Delete one or more Files

An error was encountered when trying to delete on or more files. You can retry this action. 

TSW001

Temperature status warning

 The camera needs a few minutes to stabilise temperature. Please wait and it will disappear once stabilised.
