Image Acquisition

In order to acquire an image you must first setup the required imaging settings (image channel) and how they will run (protocol). This section consists of topics relating to acquisition of an image to guide you through these steps.

This includes:

Once you have acquired the image you may proceed to view and analyse your image data. These topics are described in the Image Visualisation and Image Analysis sections. To view how to open, save or manage image data files refer to the File Management section.
