Each microscope within the BC43 family includes the Imaris Quant Package. This package includes the core functionality necessary for data visualization, analysis, segmentation and interpretation of your fluorescence microscopy datasets.
The Imaris Quant Package includes:

Data from Fusion can be exported and further analysed using the analysis tools available from Imaris. The Open in Imaris option is available from File Management if Imaris is installed.
