Protocols

Protocols are the order and timing in which images are going to be acquired and the movement of the specimen.

Examples include simple time-lapse movies of a single Channel; 3D captures (Z-stacks) of multiple Channels; a series of Z-stacks on various XY positions (or Fields) of the specimen.

Fusion Benchtop offers a variety of Protocols that can be created using the Protocol Manager Tab
