Imaging Mode

When setting up channels you must set what imaging mode is to be used e.g. Confocal or TIRF. This is shown in the section Creating a Channel. It is possible to create a custom imaging mode by either creating a new imaging mode, or editing the configuration of an existing mode. These options are covered in the following topics:
