If any problems are detected during operation they will be highlighted in the Problem Notifications menu. The following information is displayed:

List of all Errors and Warnings.

Descriptions provided and possible resolutions suggested.
An error (Red) defines a problem which will stop you being able to acquire in the current state. It requires some kind of intervention in order to continue with an acquisition.
A warning (Yellow) defines a problem which does not directly stop acquiring in the current state. It may eventually require some intervention but does not inhibit the current acquisition.
